Assad Koshul is the founder and CEO of Game Changer Mindsets, an evidence-based platform for transformative training. As a CPA and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Assad brings a wealth of experience in fiscal management and the integration of finance, HR, and operations across diverse industries in both developed and emerging markets.

Throughout his career, Assad has worked closely with teams in emerging markets, where he introduced American movies as a tool to bridge cultural gaps and enhance collaboration within multinational organizations. These films provided unique insights into leadership, teamwork, and character, helping to foster improved operational efficiency, stronger team dynamics, and individual growth. By uniting his teams around shared experiences and powerful dialogues, Assad inspired game-changing mindsets.

After years of consultation with experts in education, sports, business, neuroscience, and psychology, he developed a unique, immersive training experience. His program includes over 800 multimodal lessons that teach critical thinking, situational analysis, and leadership skills, specifically tailored to the needs of business and education.
